He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rodgers and Jean Sheridan Rodgers; his wife Delores Cardinal; his great grandchild Jessie Fae; and his siblings, Michael Rodgers and Mary Lou Hughes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Sullivan (Tony) of Thomasville, NC, Deborah Shaginaw (James) of Statesville, NC and Patricia Fitzsimmons (Jim); his grandchildren, Nathan, Brett, Sean Young, James III, Nicole, Faith Shaginaw, Lindsey Leet and Bailee Fitzsimmons; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Grady and Nova; and his sister Rita Kennedy of Williamsport, PA.
