He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rodgers and Jean Sheridan Rodgers; his wife Delores Cardinal; his great grandchild Jessie Fae; and his siblings, Michael Rodgers and Mary Lou Hughes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Sullivan (Tony) of Thomasville, NC, Deborah Shaginaw (James) of Statesville, NC and Patricia Fitzsimmons (Jim); his grandchildren, Nathan, Brett, Sean Young, James III, Nicole, Faith Shaginaw, Lindsey Leet and Bailee Fitzsimmons; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Grady and Nova; and his sister Rita Kennedy of Williamsport, PA.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barnett Funeral Home (207 E 4th St, Emporium, PA 15834). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (235 E 4th St, Emporium, PA 15834).
