He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara DeLozier Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Smith Galindo of Covington, PA; his granddaughter Olivia Galindo; his grandmother Jean Dunkelberger; and his aunts, Beverly Walker of St. Marys and Terry Jablonski of St. Marys.
