He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark F. McLean and Florence Dibble McLean; his wife Mary Grimone; his son John M. McLean; and his siblings, Frank McLean and Thelma.
He is survived by: his children, Linda L. Ostrum, Robert F. "Bunny" McLean, Susan "Susie" M. Gribble and Rick McLean (Mary Kay) of Emporium; and his sister Helen Meyer. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
