He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Placer; his children, Michael Songer (Leslie), Stephen Songer (Angela), John Songer (Vicky), Kathleen Kelly (Scott), Joseph Songer (Kathleen), Colleen Erickson (Steven) and Matthew Songer (Erika); his grandchildren, Kelly Palaia (Rick), Taylor Songer, Corey Smith, Payton Bloom, Luke Songer, Erin Schmitt (Justin), Jonathan Songer (Mandy), Joseph Songer (Tasha), Kevin Kelly, Stephen Kelly, Will Kelly, Jack Songer, Mary Katherine Songer, Michael Songer, Ruby Erickson, Daniel Erickson and Greta Songer; his great grandchildren, Lilia, Roman, Kaelee, Logan, Elsie, Madeline, Benjamin and Evra; and his brother George Songer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
