He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam H. Mack and Susan Agnes Gutt Mack; his wife Helen Zawacki Mack; his son Stephen Mack; and his siblings, Joseph, George, Albert Mack, Anna Keppler and Mary Tulley.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Sue Mack; and his sister Catherine McCartney. He is also survived by several step-children; several step grandchildren.
