He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew Kelly and Maria Anna Soppick Kelly; and his sister Monica Kelly Bridges. He is survived by: his children, Holly Manginell (Steve), Colleen Kelly (Deane Clapper) of Hatboro, PA, James Kelly and Michael Kelly (Monica Bohmer); and his grandchildren, Dominick, Madisen Manginell, Sebastian, Jake Clapper, Quinn, Estelle Kelly and Anthony Bryant Zucal.
