With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Werts (Emporium, Pennsylvania), born in Kane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gustafson and Florence Westerburg Gustafson; her spouse Dale L. Werts; her son-in-law Rich Garrigan; and her siblings, William, John Gustafson and Beatrice Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Sullivan (David) of Emporium, Connie Garrigan of Emporium and Kristen Burfield (Brian) of Emporium; and her grandchildren, Casey Hinds (Jason), Daniel Sullivan (Molly), Shannon Sullivan, Cara Garrigan, Jordan Garrigan (Holly), Blake Burfield and Brooke Burfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
