He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Mildred Faucett Miller; his wife Carol Minard; and his siblings, Marjorie Miller Hayes, Jack, Harry and Robert Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Bresslin, Jack Miller, Dale Miller (Joann) and Beth Newhouse (Doug) of Emporium. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
