He was predeceased by: his parents, John R Reed and Florence Ives Reed; his former wife Jean Reed; and his brothers, Grover Reed (Shirley) and Gene Reed (Zee).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Morris Buzard Reed; and his children, Cindy L. Crouse (Tom) of Indianapolis, IN, James A. Reed (Patty) of Watkins Glen, NY and John J. Reed (Tina) of Seneca Falls, NY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews.
