She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Butler and Charlotte McIsaac Butler; her husband James E. Price; her son James E. Price, Jr.; her brothers, Jesse, Ernest and Eugene Butler; and her son-in-law David Hulick.
She is survived by: her children, Gary R. Price (Tina) of Albany, OR, Yvonne M. Baird of Keating Summit, Wendy S. Hulick of Keating Summit and Vicki L. Griswold of Emporium; and her stepdaughter Carol Price of Alabama. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; a sister.
