He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bailey and Alma Taylor Bailey; and his brothers, Larry K. Bailey and Thomas R. Taylor. He is survived by: his close friend Michelle Shawgo; and his siblings, Harold "Chum" Bailey (Christina), Tanya Lynn Connelly (Austin), Tina M. Abbott, Tammy I. Neyman (Mike) and Lorraine F. Bailey (Chuck Sarokon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
