Wagner III, Christina Carter (John) and Charles Wagner; his grandchildren, John Carter IV (Felicia), Katrina Carter and Brittaney Carter; and his sisters, Jacqueline Wagner and Elizabeth Luthy. He is also survived by five great-grandsons.
