It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Confer (Emmaus, Pennsylvania), born in Alburtis, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H. Confer and Miriam G. Confer (Haas); and his siblings, Warren, Billy, Lloyd, Maggie, Janet and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Confer (DeWalt); his children, Greg Confer (Lois), Kathleen Eshleman (Bryan), Cheryl Zang (Chris), Sheila Smith (Lowell) and Rebecca Krage (Rick); his grandchildren, Nick Confer, Cadie Bandura (Todd), Aaron (Becca), Erik (Jess), Addison Eshleman (Emily), Emilee Chambers (Tristin), Meaghan Falkanger (Jared), Ian Zang, David (Sarah), Isaac (Enjoli), Benjamin Smith, Allyson, Erika, Jenna, Anna and Madelyn Krage; and his siblings, Jimmy, Donnie, Ronnie, Carl, Rich, David, Mary, Marion, Dorothy and Susie. He is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren.
