He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin E. Lewis and Adelaide M. Lewis (MacFarlane). He is survived by: his wife Lois C. Lewis (Lennon); his children, Paul D. Lewis, Peter D. Lewis (Alice) and Beth R. Rennig (Robert); his brother David E. Lewis; and his grandchildren, Austin D., Katrina N. Lewis, Kaylan and Sophia Rennig.
