He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Veneskey and Leona Veneskey (Schenk); and his sister Sylvia Dervanik (Rick). He is survived by: his wife Mena Veneskey (Vrotny); his daughters, Amy Howe (Jamie) and Laura Veneskey; his grandchildren, Sebastian and Clara "Kitty" Howe; and his siblings, Norma Netherwood (Blake), Gwen Veneskey (John Urbaniak), Monica Peterman, Leo Veneskey (Marian), Lea Veneskey, Ruth Awada (Mouwaffac), Cathy Wadhwani (Deepak) and Jim Veneskey (Tina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
