He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Waska and Eugene Slick; and his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Jane Slick; and his children, Michael of Tyler, TX, Matthew of Emmaus, PA and Nancy of Coopersburg, PA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
