She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Miklencic and Anna Miklencic (Valovic); her children, Joanne Crouthamel and David Kirk; and her siblings, John, Joseph Miklencic, Agnes Hendricks, Anna Hopko, Pearl Shelly, Rose Schmoyer and Margaret Howlett.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn "Cookie" Jones (Jack); her daughter-in-law Marie Kirk; her grandchildren, Neal Kirk (Melissa), Nicole Kirk, Natalie Harjes (Kyle) and Emily Arnold; and her great grandchildren, Kinley, Reese Kirk, Kevin, Carly Harjes, Kieran and Mairin Arnold. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
