She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin J. Welliver and Elsie R. Welliver (Rayden); and her daughter Donna Foster. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan (Armand) and Debra (James Druckenmiller). She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
