It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Charles Blackman of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Blackman and Hilda Blackman (Billig); his son Gary L. Blackman; and his brothers, Larry, Ralph and Harry Blackman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Blackman (Afflerbach); his daughter Diane Eichelberger (William); his stepdaughters, Debra Bernatovich (Edward), Patricia Handwerk and Jodi Schaffer (Mark); his grandchildren, Michele Eichelberger, Barry Eichelberger (Deb) and Mark Blackman (Jennifer); his stepgranddaughter Danielle Danver (Joseph); his great grandchild Brady Blackman; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Travis and Ethan Danver.
