He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawson A. Diehl and Barbara E. Queen (Kline); his son Nicholas L. Diehl (Bethany); and his brother Carl Erney. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Diehl (Barton); his daughter Kelly Moyer (Daniel); his daughter-in-law Adrea Diehl; his sister Donna Amig (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Cadence, Autumn, Jaxon, Chase and Avery.
