He was predeceased by: his wife Mary P. Ferreira (Pilolli); his parents, Joaquin Ferreira and Anna Ferreira (Kuchera); and his brothers, Jay, Frank and Andrew.
He is survived by: his son John D. Ferreira of Emmaus; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Ferreira of Hokedauqua, Rose Burkhardt (Carl) of Orefield and Alfonzo Pilolli (Jeanette) of Allentown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
