He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence G. Ruth and Margaret I. Ruth (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Marie A. Ruth (Eck); his children, John Ruth (Darlene), Richard Ruth (Tori Benware), Brenda Ruth Clouse (late Gene H. Clouse), Susan Kline (Jesse James, Jr.), Marie Boger (Ralph) and Michelle Cowley (Frank); and his sister Elsie Godusky. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
