She is survived by: her parent Anna Kotch (Janenko); her sons, Jon Patrick Green (Lori A.) of Emmaus and Michael M. Green (Jane M.) of Wescosville; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jenna, Emily, Kassidy and Andrew; and her great grandchild Natalie Grace. She is also survived by friends, and her beloved dogs.
