She was predeceased by: her husband Robert N. Levene; her parents, Charles W. Mangold and Ellen Ann Mangold (Bernhard); her son James Guldin; and her siblings, Pauline Mangold, Gladys Snyder, William Mangold and Lucille Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzette Bizzarro (Angelo), Cecilia Sherman (Alan) and Cynthia Bizzarro; her sister Isabel Miller; and her grandchildren, Justin, Anjanette Bizzarro, John Lutzko, Alyce, Amelia Guldin, Ryan San Martin and Ellen Sherman. She is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren.
