He was predeceased by: his wife Joan C. Kramer (Hyde); and his parents, Ray C. Kramer and Dorothea E. Kramer (Horn). He is survived by: his sister Lois J. Kramer of Allentown; his nephew Larry D. Kramer (Donna) of Macungie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily and Haley.
