He was predeceased by: his father Russell H. Gross; and his brother-in-law Ken Scheidt. He is survived by: his wife Joann L. Gross (Scheidt); his mother Mildred J. Gross (Lorah); his son Brian Gross (Heather); his grandchildren, Tayler, Logan McAllister, Amanda and Hailey Gross; his sister Dale DeLong (Daniel); and also Janet Saunders (Joe).
