He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Ramos; his children, William Vega (Carmen), Andy Vega (Yolanda), Tashena Salcedo (Jonathan), Milagros Vega (Farid), Carmelo Ramos, Arlyne Ramos, Angel Ramos, Joshua Ramos, Moses Ramos, Rachel Ramos, Daniel Ramos and David Ramos; and his siblings, Mildred Carrasco Ramos (Victor Carrasco), Luis Ramos (Noemi Ramos Santos), Miriam Ramos, Sonia Avila (Luis Antonio Avila) and Andres. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
