He is survived by: his children, Carol Campbell, Nancy Phillip, William Bokeko and Diane Boatman; his grandchildren, John Puschock, Brett Boatman, Ryan Phillip, Miranda Treadway (Boatman), Leah Phillip and Neisha Phillip; and his great grandchildren, Birch Puschock, Penny Treadway and Theo Treadway.
