Garis of Emlenton, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Sr. Garis and Mildred Henderson Garis; his sons, Steven Garis and Timothy Garis; and his brother Scott Garis.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bess Garis; his children, Wally Page (Kimberly), William E. "Bill" Garis III (Terrin) and Fallon Garis of Emlenton; his grandchildren, Kyle Page (Rosa) of Emlenton, Trevor Page of Emlenton, William E. Garis IV of Emlenton, Kallie Garis of Emlenton and Riley Garis of Emlenton; his great grandchildren, Aleix and Sergi Page; and his sister Yvonne Murray of Emlenton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
