He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Simpson Rhoads; and his grandparents, Karl, Ruth Rhoads, Charley and Erma Simpson.
He is survived by: his father Charles A. Rhoads of Emlenton; his wife Mindy Hartle; his daughter Kayla Shay of Florida; his grandson Payton Shay of Florida; and his brothers, Tony Rhoads (Christie) of Texas and Terry Rhoads (Theresa Forrest) of Shippenville.
