He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin H. Perry and Mary E. Marziale Perry. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Stewart Perry; his children, Jason A. Perry and Amy L. Perry of Coraopolis; and his siblings, Gary J. Perry (Teresa) of Athens, TN, Gloria A. Greenwood of Howard, OH, Mary Beth Henshaw of Franklin, Debra J. Butler (Tom) of Clearfield and Jean M. Armes of Greensburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
