With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul E. Black of Emlenton, Pennsylvania, born in Clintonville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leslie and Illa Seelbaugh Black; his wife Lucille Hilliard; his daughter Pamela Black Sullivan; and his sister Nancy Reed.
He is survived by: his sons, Dan Black (Sandy) of Parker and David Black (Molly) of Knox; his son-in-law Robert Sullivan of Emlenton; and his siblings, Frank R. Black (Sue) of Sligo and Marie Smith of Emlenton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
