She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Karastury and Emma Karastesy Karastury; and her husband Donald Delost. She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Delost (Michele) of South Carolina, Dan Delost of Emlenton and Bob Delost (Amy) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Bryan Delost, Sienna Fagen (James) of South Carolina, Mya, Mason and Makenna Delost of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Elle Delost, Chloe and Sophie Fagen of South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to have donations sent to the Clarion County Cancer Center ATTN: Tracy.
