She was predeceased by: her parents, David E. Horner and Wanda Lee Daubenspeck Horner; and her sister Leanne Horner Snyder. She is survived by: her husband Scott Douglass; her brother Jesse Horner (Jeannie) of Butler; her siblings-in-law, Gwen Hickman (Mike) of Kittaning and Glenn Douglass (Karen); her nieces and nephews, Tawnia Snyder, Jason Snyder (Jen), Ben Horner, Sarah Horner, Amber Carter (Joel) and Leanna Douglass; and her grandson Brennen Snyder (Jen) of Jason.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
