He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Courson and Thelma Rose Serafine Courson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Courson of Emlenton; his sons, Clayton Courson (Tammy) of Emlenton, Adam Courson (Danielle Blair) of Knox and Bradford Courson (Amanda) of Emlenton; his sister Roseann Klingler (Ron) of Shreveport, LA.; and his granddaughters, Jadyn, Cora and Kaley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scrubgrass Grange, Emlenton, PA or the VFW.
