With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russel Billig of Elysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel John and Ethel Billig (Gable); his wife Coletta E. Pennington; his son-in-law Andrew Hess; and his siblings, Quentin Billig, Margaret Long, Hazel Rarig, Dorothy Billig, Geraldine Creasy and Mark Billig.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Johnson (Larry) of Mifflinville, Bonnie Hess of Bloomsburg and Rickie Knorr (Amy) of Washingtonville; his grandchildren, Larry Johnson II, Heather Johnson Kowalski, Chad Hess, Drew Hess and Darien Bridge; his great grandchildren, Dain, Trent Kowalski, Trystan, Taylor, Troy Johnson and Cayson Hess; his great great grandchildren, Blaire and Blake Kowalski; and his sister Ethel Sevison of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
