He is survived by: his wife Joyce Farnsworth (Yocum); his son Gary Farnsworth (Janice) of Elysburg, PA; his grandchildren, Karen Wolfkiel of San Diego, Aaron Farnsworth (Brittany) and Jesse Farnsworth of Elysburg, PA; his great grandchildren, Morgan Farnsworth and Jack Farnsworth; and his caregiver Nikki Berardi.
