It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Richard Shimko (Elysburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 6, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Shimko and Mary Shimko (Sofranek); and his brother William Shimko. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen (Steven Cecco) of Elysburg and Betty (Jason Haile) of Elysburg; and his granddaughters, Heather Cecco and Hailey Cecco.
