She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hook and Cecilia Hook (Strike); and her husband William V. Butaitis. She is survived by: her children, Vincent Butaitis (Jessica Makowski), Cecelia Witt and Stephen Butaitis (Wendy Roach). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
