He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Moncavage and Florence Moncavage (Shriner); his siblings, Charles Moncavage and Flossie McClay (Moncavage); his parents-in-law, Ron McClay, Nellie Shinskie, Bill Shinskie Jr., John Shinskie, Kenny Shinskie, Blaine, Betty Ann Hoover (Shinskie) and Bart Scarlett; his niece Amy Hager (Brokus); and his nephew Blaine Hoover III.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Moncavage (Shinskie); his children, Michael Moncavage (Corrie Garlick) and Jaime Vesci (Moncavage); his son-in-law John Vesci; and his granddaughters, Freya and Daphne Vesci.
