He is survived by: his parent Florence Cook (Teitsworth); his spouse Ruth Naomi Cook (Brown); his daughters, Lisa Cook-Shultz (Len) of Potomac Falls and Karen Marinelli (Gary) of Jamison, PA.; his grandchildren, Kevin Shultz, Kylie Shultz, Kristyn Marinelli and Taylor Marinelli; and his sister Blendyne Swank of Lewisburg.
