He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas V. Gargan and Gertrude C. Gargan. He is survived by: his siblings, Beth Gargan (Bill Chambers), Kathy Mayer (Chris), Tom Gargan (Helen) and Meg Kilpatrick (Jerry). He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews, twelve grand nieces and nephews.
