She is survived by: her sibling John Follman Sr. (Mary Patricia); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Douglas, Lizeida, Mary, Hilary, Alex, John Philip III (Jake), Steffen, Brynne, Kenny, Eric Jr., Hannah, Cassie, Moria, Nikki, Emma, Luke, Ian, Kiera and Nolan; and also, Mollie and Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Eleanor's memory to Elwyn Institute, Media, PA would be appreciated.
