With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velda Arters of Elverson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Berkey and Mamie Ruth Berkey; and her sister Delta Slaymaker. She is survived by: her husband Howard E. Arters, Sr.; her children, Debra Kaiser (Samuel, Sr.), Howard Arters, Lisa, Crystal Snow (Kevin), Samuel Kaiser, Jr. (Rebecca) and Hanna Arters; her great grandchildren, Brandon Kaiser, Gabriel Kaiser, Alyia Kaiser, Zeelin Kaiser, Olivia Snow and Samantha Snow; and her brother Daniel Berkey.
