(Donald Hine) of Pottstown; his brother Frank D. Spacek of Gilbertsville; his grandchildren, Nathaniel P. Hine and Alexa B. Spacek (Ward); and his brothers, Gary Spacek and Glenn Spacek.

Memorial gifts may be made in lieu of flowers in his name to 'Help Ministries' 2544 Faust Rd., Gilbertsville, PA 19525.
