It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth B. Fisher of Elverson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Donnell and Kathryn O'Donnell (Pollock); her husband Andrew B. Fisher; her daughter Evelyn Fisher; her brother Robert O'Donnell; and her stepsister Nancy Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Terry (Susan Fisher) of Elverson, Andrew Jr. (Linda Fisher) of Denver, David W. Fisher of Nogales, AZ and Kathryn (Gary Matthias) of Cedar Falls, IA; and her stepsiblings, William, Frank O'Donnell, Sarah O'Donnell and Evelyn Miley. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
