Killingsworth; her children, David Mason Buzzard of Bethlehem, PA and Charlyn Forrester (Eric) of Spring City, PA; and her grandchildren, Nicholas George Mason of Bethlehem, Evan S. of Spring City, Ryan W. of Spring City and Aiden J. Forrester of Spring City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in which her late father was formerly president.
