It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Wayne Stabler of Elverson, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Brooke and Mary Anna Stabler (Herr); his wife Judith Ann Stabler (Brooks); and his sister Mary Jane Stabler. He is survived by: his son Joshua Brooke Stabler.
