He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Monroe Austin and Joann Austin (Priestley). He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Bramble) of Elverson; his daughter Ashley (Chris Morse); his sisters, Carol (Robert McAllister), Sandra (Carl Talley) and Heatherly; and his in-laws, Donald and Helen Bramble.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (391 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606).

“I have known Jeff and Sandy for many years. What I can say is "Jeff was a warrior in his fight with cancer but he kept fighting the fight". His persistence to not let the disease take him away was something we would hope we had if cancer came for us. That is something I will always remember about him. He kept his sense of humor along the way. Rest in peace now . He is someone I will never forget. When life comes at me hard, I'll think of Jeff and his warrior fight. Condolences”
