Menger; his daughters, Janet Sarah Bolich (James Oliver Bolich Jr.) and Kathryn Pauline Menger; and his grandsons, James Oliver Bolich III, David Carl Bolich and Kohl Menger Patton. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
